All of our five guest bedrooms ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay! All the rooms are en-suite, have televisions with free view, hair dryers, alarm clocks and a hot drinks tray.
Rates
Single room: £40.00 - £45.00 pppn
Double/Twin room: £30.00 - £35.00 pppn
Family room: £30.00 - £35.00 pppn
Child prices are dependent upon their age, please do not hesitate to contact us for any further assistance.
All prices include full English breakfast.
Please note that Check in is between 16.00 and 21.00 unless otherwise organised.

Cancellation policy
A non-refundable deposit of £15.00 per person is required to secure your booking. Credit card details are required to secure your reservation but no payment will be taken until your arrival date.
If you cancel within seven days of arrival, you will be charged the full amount of your first night. However, if you cancel before seven days of your arrival you will only be charged the £15.00 pp. Any cancellation charges will be taken from your credit card.
