Arrival
Check in between 16.00 and 21.00 unless otherwise organised. Please use the front entrance to unload and check in and then parking can be found to the rear of the property. Please not that sat navs will direct you to the rear of the property.
Departure
You are required to depart form your room by 10.00am the day of departure. If you fail to do so we reserve the right to charge for an additional nights stay.

Cancellation policy:
A non-refundable deposit of £15.00 per person is required to secure your booking. Credit card details are required to secure your reservation but no payment will be taken until your arrival date.
If you cancel within two days of arrival, you will be charged the full amount of your first night that is taken from your credit card. However, if you cancel before two days of your arrival you will only be charged the £15.00 pp, taken from your credit card. Cheque or cash can also make payments.
Methods of payment accepted:
We take all major credit and debit cards, and cash. All payment for a stay is payable on arrival.
Damage and Breakage
We are sure that you will take care whilst you stay with us, and we acknowledge that accidents sometimes happen. We do however reserve the right to charge for any damage or breakages, which we consider, was deliberately or recklessly caused. You will be notified in writing as soon as is reasonably practicable, if the damage is discovered after you depart. We also reserve the right to charge further sums if we are unable to re-let the room as a consequence of the damage.
Abbey House is a no Smoking Establishment. If we find that guests have been smoking in the room, then we reserve the right to ask you to leave immediately. You will remain liable for the whole of the cost of your stay. Whether or not your are asked to leave we also reserve the right to charge a sum equivalent to one night's stay if we are unable to re-let the room for 24 hours whilst it is deep cleaned and fully aired. You will be notified in writing as soon as is reasonably practicable if evidence of smoking is discovered after you depart.
Our Liability
We do not accept any liability for damage to your property or injury to you (or other members of your party) whilst on our premises unless caused by the negligence of us, or our employees. Law. Any dispute between us will be governed by the non-exclusive law of the English Courts.
